Cancellation Made Easy
We understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we have a simple and transparent cancellation policy for all our rental services — whether you’re booking a car, bus, minibus, or tempo traveller.
1. Cancelling a Booking
You can cancel your booking anytime by contacting our support team via phone or email. Make sure to have your booking ID ready to speed up the process.
2. Cancellation Charges
- More than 48 hours before the trip: Full refund
- 24 to 48 hours before the trip: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
*Note: For large vehicles like buses or minibuses, a small processing fee may apply for cancellations after confirmation.
3. Refund Process
If you’re eligible for a refund, we’ll process it within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it's done.
4. No-Show Policy
If the customer doesn’t show up at the pickup location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Trip Delays or Changes
If you need to change your travel time or date, let us know as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes based on vehicle availability.
