Terms and Conditions

1. Use of Vehicle & Responsibility

The vehicle must be used only for legal and agreed purposes. The person who booked the vehicle is responsible for the behavior of passengers, any damage during the trip, and traffic violations.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Please make your booking at least 12 hours in advance.
• Free cancellation is available if done 3 days before pickup time.
• If cancelled within 12–24 hours, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• No refund is given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time.

3. Payment Terms

You must complete full or partial payment before your trip begins. EasyToursAndTravel has the right to cancel your booking if payment is not received.

4. Delays & Vehicle Issues

We maintain our vehicles regularly, but unexpected delays or mechanical issues can still happen. If this occurs, we’ll try to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

5. Driver Conduct

Our drivers are trained and verified. If you face any rude or inappropriate behavior, please report it to us. Passengers must also treat drivers respectfully.

6. Luggage Limits & Overloading

Do not carry more passengers or luggage than the vehicle allows. If you overload the vehicle, we may cancel the trip without a refund.

7. Personal Belongings

EasyToursAndTravel is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Always keep your valuables with you during the trip.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Please check the latest version before each booking.
